Take Part: 20 Years, 100 Stages

Join us as we take a look back at 20 years of our performing arts family!

Join RCT as we celebrate the incredible milestone of 20 years of performing arts across Stirling, Dunblane and beyond, having performing over 100 shows in that time. For one night only, a whole cast take to the stage, from our tiniest, through the teens, adults and choir, to some of our professional alumni and more, to perform some of the most memorable moments from our musical theatre history. This promises to be a unique night to remember.

About the programme

Choosing a programme for a show like this is massively difficult. We won’t be able to cover every one of the 100 shows we’ve performed, but if there are any songs you particularly associate with RCT and would like to suggest, you can do so on the registration form.

Also if you have played principal parts with RCT and would be particularly keen in revisiting a solo or duet etc, please also enter them on the form (but no promises, the programme is going to be tricky!)

Rehearsals:
Sun 6th Sep to Sun 11th Oct inclusive (Note this goes over the start of the October holidays)P1 - S2 : 4.30pm - 6.30pm

About Rehearsals (Important!)
This is a high profile event with a very limited rehearsal period, particularly at Macrobert. Therefore it is expected the everyone attends all of the rehearsals. Please only register your child if they are committed to taking part in the full process: if they are absent at any point, we will not be able to include them in certain numbers.

However, if you know in advance you cannot make a rehearsal (including those in the October holidays), we may be able to accommodate this, but please speak to Pamela before signing up.

20 Years, 100 Stages

Fee to take part

The fee for taking part in 20 Years, 100 Stages is £110 per person - which includes:

Supervised training in music, dance and performance during the times above alongside our professional production team.

Participation in performances with full production lighting, sound, band, costumes etc. on stage at the Macrobert.

Personalised “20 Years, 100 Stages" Show t-shirt.

Certificate of participation and full photo pack containing individual professional promo photo, digital copies of all rehearsal and on stage production shots.

How To Pay

There are three different ways to pay:

  • In full at registration - we accept all major credit / debit cards.
  • Over 3-4 monthly instalments - select the option at checkout (first payment is due at registration).
  • Pay nothing now, pay the balance by 31st August - use the code RCTDEFER24 at checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds:  If you need to withdraw your child from the show for any reason, fees for 20 Years, 100 Stages can be refunded in full before the 31st July. After this point 50% of fees can be refunded until the 31st August.  After this we will have incurred significant costs relating their space, and won't be able to offer the space to another child, so the fee will not be refundable. If you have chosen to pay in instalments or deferred payment, any outstanding balance will become due at cancellation.

Theatre for all:  We strongly believe that cost should not be a barrier to participation and will always, where requested, offer fee reductions, or fully funded places.  If you would like to speak to us about cost, please use the code RCTDEFER24 at checkout.
