Over the last year, I have been investigating  the possibility of introducing a new ticket booking system following our move to The Cowane.

This has led to months of research, various conversations with other companies, meetings with ticket providers and much testing. We've now settled on one provider, but before we take the final decision whether to roll it out, we wanted to get your opinions first, after all, you're the ones that use it!
