Access Requirements Request Form - Matilda Jr.

You can use this form to submit any access requirements you or someone in your group has before coming along to one of our performances of Matilda Jr.

If you or any of your group are remaining in a wheelchair during the performance, you do not need to complete this form, but you must purchase a wheelchair accessible ticket here.

To ensure that we don't miss any requests, please submit one form per person, per performance.

Please use the same name as the person who made the ticket booking as this allows us to match the request to it.

I understand that it may not be possible to reserve seats for the entire group.
We do actively try and reserve seats for whole groups where one person has access needs, but in some cases (depending on size of group, or number of requests) it may not be possible. In these cases we will reserve seats for the person with access requirements and one other person.
