Please use the form below to tell us about any medical information, food menu choices and room sharing requests for this year's JTF trip.

Medical Information

Does this person have any food allergies?
Is this person taking any regular medication?
(For those under 16) - Are you ok with us providing Paracetamol / Calpol where we think it might be beneficial?
Any occasions where these are provided are recorded and all supervising adults are notified.
All information supplied is treated in the strictest confidence and is only shared where absolutely necessary.

Menu Choices

Food is provided by the hostel for the duration of our stay. This includes packed lunches on Saturday and Sunday. Allergen / Nutritional Information about the hostel's meals can be found on the YHA portal at: https://yha.mysaffronportal.com/

For the journey down and the return journey home, we will stop at service stations to allow everyone to buy lunch / dinner. More information about this will be provided nearer the time.

Room Allocation Request

Rooms accommodate a maximum of four people. We cannot guarantee that they will be able to share with everyone listed but will try to ensure that they are sharing with at least one person.
